In the last issue we talked about the advantages and problems of campus football. In this issue we will talk about many topics. There are many important points, so take your time.
First talk about the club echelon, the advantages of the club echelon.
, Because it is in the club system, it is easier to become a professional football player.
Children of professional teams don’t need to worry about what they eat every day, most of them are buffets. And school football children are just ordinary food, even worse than at home, the football field of the club echelon is not tight. It is definitely better than campus football, and it is more convenient for players to practice on their own than campus football children. Of course, it's not just these, the professional echelon is a professional team, and it has all-round advantages in massage, technical analysis, team doctors, and recovery. And campus football with a team with three coaches is very good. The clubs at all levels can share some resources, and there is a scale effect.
The main problem of the club is that the amount of training and competition are large, which leads to unsystematic learning. And the evaluation criteria for the success or failure of the club echelon is very single, that is, your football level. If you become a professional player, it means success, otherwise it means failure. So most teams don't care about academic performance.

This time we will talk about a few specific examples to analyze the problem of the club echelon. Many people say that I am Suning Hei, but I am not. These problems of Suning are also found in other clubs, but the children of some friends around me are in the Suning echelon. Because I am from Jiangsu, it is easier for me to understand that the bad parts of some clubs are more or less related to Suning. I am not Suning Hei, I very much hope that Suning is good, I very much hope that Jiangsu is good.
But I would like to cite an example of Suning’s 0405 echelon. Suning’s 0405 group of children should be in the second semester of junior high school, and they should finish the high school entrance examination in the summer. Before Suning’s 0405 were two teams A and B, with both teams in the Youth League. Not bad. But Suning had to lay off a team a year ago, that is, screen out more than 20 children. There is no place for the children of one team to go, because at present, there is no way to go to other teams for trial training due to the impact of the epidemic, but there is no way to go to school locally. In half a year, the school said that the responsibility lies with Suning, and Suning asked parents to find the school and shirk each other.
In this case, you can see many problems with the club: First, it does not care about education. The second is based on the interests of the club, signing the overlord clause, I want you and you must come, I don't want you, but you can't help me. Third, it is unstable. This school is Nanjing Foreign Languages Hexi Branch. It is a very good junior high school in Nanjing, but it will not cooperate immediately.
This will come to the point that the school’s leadership is under the management of the Education Bureau. He belongs to the public family, and what he values is not money. Instead, he might be afraid of money. He is afraid of being delayed by money. Therefore, he will not consider the interests of the club. The starting point of his thinking must be the interests of the school and his own. After this series of things, not only he may not want to touch football in the future, but also the leaders of the same level school may not want to touch this thing, for fear of ruining his future.
There is a reason for this situation: Jiangsu has a policy-professional teams are not allowed to play campus football, so Suning 0405 brings very limited honor to Hexinanwai. What the school cares about most is the honor of the education department, but the Suning echelon is not eligible to participate.
Have you noticed it? After reaching junior high school, Chinese football has become very awkward. These problems of the club echelon are precisely the advantages of the sports bureau and the football association.
Because of the endorsement of the Football Association and the Sports Bureau, he has a government background. The Education Bureau will provide support and cooperation to a certain extent. Schools tend to be less resistant and they can also participate in the Education Bureau competition.
Therefore, the recent performance of the Football Association teams is actually very good, such as Chongqing Furen, Wuhan Shangwen, Chengdu Tangwai. These football associations and sports bureaus have strong backgrounds and are not worse than professional clubs.
Many people think that the Football Association is not good, but in fact, the Football Association has a government background, but in the current China, it is better to coordinate the relationship between all parties. All coaches are trained by local football associations. So their coaches are generally of high quality. And because the treatment is better, many of them are editing, and the image and reputation are still more considered, the willingness to receive gifts is lower than that of professional teams.
Don't tell me that the Football Association is a private organization and has nothing to do with the Sports Bureau. They are inextricably linked, as long as you find it. For example, the Football Association and Sports Bureau of Wuhan are located opposite the Tazi Lake base. They support each other because they need each other. Then why would the education department also support it? Because the education department also has sports competitions, you need to ask the Football Association and the Sports Bureau for people at this time.
Of course, the Football Association has its own problems. He is a referee himself, but sometimes he has to act as an athlete. There will be a fairness problem. Secondly, the Football Association is not a club and cannot solve the employment problem. Many team members can only be disbanded after the complete games, each looking for another home. If you want to leave halfway, it is not easy, because player registration is involved.
Parents, schools, education bureaus, sports bureaus, football associations, clubs, children themselves, coaches. If all parties only consider their own interests, see the saw. That football is definitely not going to be better, so I am very pessimistic about the current situation. There is a zero-sum game here, so they don't think about making the cake bigger and dividing it. The general direction of reform is to unify the interests of all parties.
In the past few decades, Chinese professional football has not established an open and transparent youth training compensation mechanism. This has led to the tower base of the Chinese football pyramid. It is not the small clubs and social youth training, but the education bureau and the Chinese football education bureau. school. The spire of a pyramid has nothing to do with the interests of the grassroots. The base doesn't care what your spire looks like. It's very paradoxical, and it's destined to be bad!
This is something I haven't noticed before. The Chinese Football Association has no roots, it is not unified, and its goals are inconsistent. The Chinese Football Association is a blood-sucking existence, sucking the blood of social enterprises, sucking the blood of local football associations, and sucking the blood of fans. After gathering a lot of funds, they don't know how to use this money.
Let me provide a few ideas for spending money:
Back to the youth training compensation mechanism, let's take an example: Wei Shihao. Why do Luneng fans scold Wei Shihao? Why do I keep saying that Wei Shihao is not good? Because the mechanism of his youth training for Chinese football is an extreme negative example, Luneng Football School has trained him for eight years. For profit, his family and agent deceived Luneng to say that the child stopped playing and gave up football. Then turned around and signed a contract with SIPG.
His family only considers themselves out of interest, so what has the Luneng football school gained after training him for eight years? What did the coach who trained him for eight years gain? If the Luneng Football School cannot reap the benefits after the success of the players they train, how can they pay for Wei Shihao's football coach and organization?
This is a very bad influence, except for him and his family. There is no benefit to everyone. If I am a coach, there is no benefit in training a professional player or an international. What is the difference between a good teacher and a bad one? As a grass-roots coach, I improved to become a national coach, but it became a little ridiculous! Isn't it? This is a very big blow to the youth training of Chinese football!
Then the key to this problem lies in the youth training compensation mechanism! It has been 28 years since Chinese football has been professionalized, and there is still no well-functioning compensation mechanism.
I have a suggestion: 6% of the annual income of professional players is used as compensation for youth training. Each year from 7 to 18 years old gets 0.5%, and its head coach and its youth training organization each account for 0.25%. For example, if a player has an annual salary of 1 million yuan, then the youth coach will receive a compensation of 2,500 yuan for every year he takes the player.
If an academy coach is in elementary school, he often takes the student for more than one year. If it is four years, it is 10,000 per year, if it is six years, it is 15 thousand. The probability that players under echelon coaches can become professional players is very high, so the probability of getting money is even greater.
Maybe you will think it is a little bit less, or more, but it's actually okay. And do you know how much it is now? It is basically 0 now. Why can't we follow the European practice? Because European transfer fees are very common. But many Chinese players are signed once a year, and most of them have no transfer fees. So there must be some workarounds.
At present, the salary of a good Chinese second player can be around 500,000. It is normal for a Chinese Super League to start with three or four million. And note that this is not a year, this is every year. As long as he is still a professional player, 6% of his annual professional contract income is used to compensate the coach and organization that cultivated him. I don't think it is too much.
If this person knows the report, such as Iniesta, go back to the place where it started and donate a stadium. But if this person does not know how to be grateful, then this system at least guarantees the survival of the social youth training.
This is also the biggest problem of social youth training, that is, the problem of survival. The social youth training is inherently insufficient, and the grassroots coaches they raise are even more painful. During the epidemic, some coaches even quit their jobs to deliver food, do you know how much money they make? Anyway, make more money than coaches! The salary of basic-level coaches in Nanjing is 4,000 to 5,000, while the average salary of Didi, food delivery, and express is about 8,000 to 10,000. In this nearly doubled price difference is the coach’s dream and persistence. The coach supports himself and Chinese football. But in the short term, I see no hope. Can they survive the day when the system is perfect? I am very pessimistic.
Finally, I will talk about a hot topic: Suzhou Soochow may not be able to make up the middle class, and the first place is made up, but it can't make it because of the money issue. What does this show? It shows that the Chinese Football Association does not value your level! What matters is your money! Once the Chinese Football Association made this decision, it explained his value orientation. What should the Chinese Football Association do? This team is very good, even if he has no money, but the level is good, some regulations can be accommodating. If you are worried that Suzhou Soochow won’t be allowed to play in the middle class because they can’t afford it, you’re not saying that money is the most important thing! What level we don’t care! So why did the Chinese football team perform poorly? Because the Chinese Football Association doesn't care about the level of the team at all!
Some people think about something, the more they want to talk about something, and the more they think about something, the more they are afraid to talk about it.
Well, that's it for this issue. This episode is the copywriting for the sixth episode of Ming Eye Football. We originally did a lot of effects for the sixth episode, but because some of the materials may be too ancient, the export was unsuccessful for a few days, so we can only export one version of the video without any effect, and put it in the second part of this issue.
The deeper we go, the more we can discover the problems of Chinese football. I am critical, but I also made constructive comments. At the same time, it helps everyone to see the current situation more clearly and make their own choices.
